Susan Pergament is US Benefits and Policy Lead at dentsu international, a Japanese international advertising and public relations company with over 60,000 employees. For the last four and half years, Susan has led the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs for dentsu employees in North America. Susan is a highly accomplished Total Rewards leader with nearly 30 years of experience in health and welfare, retirement programs and deferred compensation. Susan has a proven track record of successful cost management of vendors, negotiation, outsourcing and driving technology enhancements. Previously, Susan led employee benefits for major retail companies, including ANN INC.—the parent company of Ann Taylor and LOFT Lou & Grey—and The Children’s Place.
Maureen Bourque works as a Solution Manager for dentsu in the Financial Services vertical where she is the liaison between her client and the Merkle team. She is also involved with the Enablement BRG’s Wellness Affinity group where she coordinates wellness initiatives for employees. In this role, she has first-hand experience working with Lulafit on wellness initiatives. She currently resides in Massachusetts with her husband, son, daughter, and new puppy.
Kasia Curry is the Global Well-being Leader for Baker Hughes. With 20+ years of experience in the health and wellbeing space and her passion, she strives to create an environment and culture that empowers employees to lead in their own health – at work, at home and in the communities. She enjoys partnering with various functions, regions, and groups to drive innovative initiatives that foster health and advance wellbeing as a business priority. Kasia has worked in various settings – from a small business implementing a culture of safety and health to policy and health education program development at government agencies. She has worked in the corporate space for over 15 years, leveraging her work from health care management and safety to drive a holistic approach to workforce well-being. She holds a Master’s in Public Health with a specialization in Behavioral and Community. Her personal interests focus on her passion of wellbeing including running, mindfulness, the arts and most importantly her family.
As Stride Consulting’s Chief People Officer, Rebecca Braitling’s purpose is to enable a productive and meaningful employee experience. Rebecca is helping Stride build equitable people policies and processes that enable a sustainable culture of trust, continuous learning, and career growth. She is inspired by Stride’s values-driven culture and enjoys collaborating with Striders to help them grow fulfilling and meaningful careers. Prior to Stride Consulting, Rebecca co-founded UpSpiral Leadership, and served as Head of Employee Relations at Chubb Insurance; Associate Director of HR at UBS Financial Services; and Employment Lawyer with Ogletree Deakins.
