Mitch Brown is Sr. Consultant & Master Facilitator at the Kaleidoscope Group, a full-service diversity & inclusion consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. Leveraging nearly a decade of management consulting experience, in his role, Mitch leads clients with workforce and workplace strategies to create transformation in their organization. Mitch, a master facilitator, has significant experience working with learning & development leaders on developing educational content to enhance the skills and behaviors needed to sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization. This includes but is not limited to strategic educational roadmaps, designing course content, and facilitating workshops/trainings for employees across all levels of the organization. Mitch holds a B.S. from Hampton University and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management.
Jeremy Henderson is a DEI & Leadership Development Program Manager and HR Associate at New York Insurance Company. Jeremy studied Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC). After graduating from college, Jeremy took on his first HR role at PepsiCo as their Talent Acquisition Coordinator. After spending some time in the workforce, Jeremy returned to his alma mater to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Jeremy is a champion of meaningful DEI efforts and is particularly passionate about elevating neurodiversity into the DEI space.
