Lauren Gremizzi, Fitness, Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist at lulafit
Lauren Gremizzi has been a group fitness instructor and trainer for 7+ years with experience at corporate wellness facilities, campus recreation, functional fitness gyms, and sport-specific training centers. Lauren earned her B.S. in Kinesiological Sciences from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV) where she was on the Women’s Swimming Team. She also earned her M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), and UIC Certificate in the Foundations of College Instruction. She was trained in leading sport psychology and motivational interviewing workshops as well as presenting research at the Midwest Sport and Exercise Psychology Symposium. Lauren is also a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and holds a CrossFit Level 1 Training Certification.
